You may have seen us all over Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or maybe even met us at one of our weHartford Happy Hours (yes, these are coming back ASAP). For over a year now, we’ve been working on building out our social channels, connecting with all of you wonderful people and creating this website in order to be your new go-to on everything Hartford and beyond.
It’s that one street in Hartford that everyone is just naturally drawn too – filled with a mixture of old and new architecture, covered in red cobblestone end to end, and the sun somehow always shining through.

Mary Kate and Laura are the owners of the established Work In Progress (WIP) Fitness, who recently decided to open their third location right below our office on the beautiful Pratt Street. Nothing got them more exciting than bringing WIP to downtown and to be right in the heart of the city.
